Healthwatch Walsall: GP surgery methods of contact survey
Healthwatch Walsall is the independent local champion for health and social care services in Walsall. Part of our role is to understand the experiences of people who are using these services and to give people an opportunity to speak up and have their voices heard. On this occasion we would like to find out about your experiences of contacting your GP surgery.
This survey is intended to identify how easily/readily patients can contact their GP surgery to meet their healthcare needs.
The amount of times a patient takes to contact their GP surgery
Which methods they use such as by telephone or web-based communication
The reason(s) for the contact to the GP surgery
Are the patient healthcare needs being met with these forms of communication pre adn during Covid-19.
